Village Balgowlah is a mixed-use development in Balgowlah on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The project consists of a new generation of integrated, mixed use development comprising a retail centre, 234 apartments in 9 separate towers, a masonic club, a gymnasium and 3 levels of basement car parking for over 1,200 cars. So, it is quite diverse having residential and business facilities.
